Tubes Open in PSP and minimize
Masks Open your mask in PSP and minimize
Preset Alien Skin - Shadow Put it in the folder of Alien Skin -
Impact - Settings - folder Shadow
Brush Put it in the Brush folder
Selections Put it in the  selection folder

We are going to work with these colors, open it in  PSP

1.
Open a new image 775x525
Floodfill with color 2
Effects - Penta com - color dot
Effects – edge effects – enhance more

 
2.
New raster layer
Select all
Open image Bloem_Liuba (flower) – Copy and paste in to selection
Layer opacity 18
Select none
3.
New raster layer
Flood fill your layer with color 1
Layers – new mask layer from image
Layers-Merge – merge groupe

4.
New raster layer
Foreground color White
Zoom ( =Z)  your image to 30
Select your brush Gerry_Liuba
Brush Size  780

Brush on top of your image
5.
New raster layer
Load selection from disk - Gerry-Liuba
flood fill selection with color 2
Select none
Effects - Alien Skin  Impact- Perspective shadow
Select preset Gerry_Liubashadow 1
Layer opacity 37
Effects – edge effects - enhance
6.
Copu tube Gerry_Anime 20
And paste the girl as new layer
Effects – image effects - offset

Layers - duplicate
Go to original layer
Effects - Alien Skin  Impact- Perspective shadow
Preset  Gerry_Liubashadow 2
Blendmode-dissolve, layer opacity 50
Load selection from disk - Gerry-Liuba2
Press delete button

Go to top layer
Effects - Alien Skin  Impact- Perspective shadow
Preset Gerry_Liubashadow 1
Load selection from disk - Gerry-Liuba2
Press delete button – select none

New raster layer
Load selection from disk - Gerry-Liuba3
Flood fill with white
selection- modify - contract 1
Flood fill with color 2
Hold selection!

New raster layer
Copy tube Gerry_Grasklein ( grass)
paste in to selection
Select none

Copy the cat from the tube anime 20 and paste as new layer
Move it in to the circle
Effects - Alien Skin  Impact- Perspective shadow
Preset Gerry_Liubashadow 2
Layers-merge all layers (flatten)

Add borders
1 pixel color: 1
40 pixels color: 2
Select this edge with your magic wand
Effects - crescent moon - terracotta
Selection invert
Effects - Alien Skin  Impact- Perspective shadow
Preset Gerry_Liubashadow 1
Add border - 2 pixels color 1
12.
Copy the balletjes_2  layer from the tube Gerry anime 20
and paste as new layer
Move it to it’s place, see example
13.
Decorate now your tag with some things from tube Gerry_Anime 20

Add your watermark and we are done again.
