Materials
Put jour selection in your selection folder
Open your letter type and minimize

Open your passionbackground1 and passionbackground2
and minimize in PSP

1.
Open a new image 650 x 500 white
New Raster layer
Put your pattern on Passion Background1
(you can find it under open image)

Flood fill your layer and opacity 55

2.
New Raster layer, flood fill white
Effects- Unlimited-Edges Round-17
New Raster layer
Flood fill with background Passion8

Effects- Unlimited-Edges Round-17
Resize 90% not all layers
Opacity 45
Merge down
Drop  shadow

Repeat -4/-4

3.
Copy Bee heart tube and paste it on your image
Resize 80% not all layers, repeat
Drop shadow as in 2
Move it a bit to the left

4.
Open your Be love tube
Copy, resize it 80%, 4 times  and paste as new layer
Drop shadow 2-2-100-2 black

5.
Open your mobile hearts
Copy, and paste it as new layer
Move it on top of your image
Drop shadow 4-4-80-15 black

6.
Open your heartsassorts002
Copy, and pink overlay on your image
Shift L 255 – 148
Go to your bee heart layer – arrange to front
Merge all layers

7.
Add border 1 pixel #ae0000
Add border

8.
Select border with your magic wand
New Raster layer
Flood fill with your pattern

Opacity 18
New Raster layer

Load selection gerryles36
Flood fill with white
Drop shadow 4-4-80-15 color #ae0000
Opacity 70
Select none

9.
Open the small heart tube
Copy and paste it on the edge, duplicate 12 times
And place in on the line.
On the right a left a place open ( here comes a tube)
Merge all layers

10.
Open your caro_Accent Valentine tube
Paste it as new layer, move it to the left below
Resize 80%, 4 times not all layers
Drop shadow 4-4-80-15 black
Add border 1 pixel #ae0000
Add your watermark

11.
Open your birds heart tube and paste it on the right on your image
Drop shadow 4-4-80-15 black
Merge all layers
Write on top Be My Valentine, letter type AC Hearts
Foreground White , background #ae0000
Drop shadow 1-1-100-0 black
Resize 85% all layers
And you’re done
