Load selection from disk
Kerstgerryles2
Select Luminance of source and selection replace

Selection expand 1
Selection flood fill # 911200
3d Effects-Inner bevel

Select none

Select with your magic wand all 3 circles
New Raster layer-Flood fill with # 8faf44
Layer opacity 46
Select none
Merge down

Select with your magic wand the top circle and select
New Raster layer
Open your kerst03choske tube,- copy and paste in to selection

Go to the lowest layer
Select the second circle- new Raster layer

Open your kerst02choske tube,- copy and paste in to selection

Go to the lowest layer
Select the third circle- new Raster layer

Open your kerst01choske tube,- copy and paste in to selection
Select none
Merge visible layers

New Raster layer

Foreground color # 8faf44, background # 911200
Select your preset tool stardust 4

Draw the star from 0-0 till 400-400
Arrange-Send this layer to the bottom
Drop shadow

Layer opacity 40
Merge visible layers

New Raster layer
Arrange-Send to bottom
Flood fill this layer with color # dae7b5

Image - add border
2 Pixels # 911200
Effects- Border Mania – Ellipse
9-20-39-0-0

Add borders # 911200

Image – left rotate
Select your text tool

Write Merry Christmas or what ever
Drop shadow

Merge visible layers
Image – Right rotate

Open your kerst01choske tube
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize it twice 80% not all layers
Move it to the right below
Image – add border 1 pixel color # 8faf44
Image – add border 1 pixel # 911200
Add watermark

And your tag is done
