Foreground color White, background color a00005
 

1.
Open a transparent 670 x 480

2.
Flood fill your layer with background color a00005

Effects: VM Natural – Sparkle


3.
Duplicate Raster layer
Effects: VM Natural – Starmaker

Layer palette  Lighten

Opacity 52
Merge visible layers

4.
New Raster layer
 Settings brush tool

Foreground color White and brush Merry Christmas
( look at the hand on the right, choose text )

Brush twice in the middle of your image and place it to the bottom
of your image with your movertool
Layer duplicate
Replace this layer to the right, nicely towards the other
(Use your magnifier )
Merge- merge down
Drop shadow


5.
Copy the tube Gerry-mistedKerst1 and paste as new layer
Layer-duplicate
Go to the lowest layer of this tube –layer palette dissolve
Opacity 50
Go to the top layer- duplicate this layer
Lock the two lowest layers, except the three on top
Merge visible layers
Unlock all layers

Load selection from disk: Gerrymerrychristmas1
Selection-make layer of selection
Select none
Drop shadow

Repeat with -4/-3

Copy tube Gerry-mistedKerst2 and paste as new layer

Open your font Nat Vignette Two
Foreground color White, back ground color a00005

choose the  small c (not Capitel)
Apply- and click in the middle of the small retangle
Put the candle up and on its place
Drop shadow

Merge visible layers
Effects – texture effects - Weave

Adjust – copy
Go one step back  undo

12.
Add borders 2 pixels White
Add borders 25 pixels color # 67f96d
Select this border with your magic wand
Adjust – paste in to selection
Blur – Gaussian blur 10

Selection invert
Drop shadow

Repeat with -4/-3
Add border 2 pixels White
3 pixels #a00005
2 pixels White
Add your watermark

duplicate your image twice
Go to the lowest layer
Load selection from disk Gerrymerrychristmas2
Effects Alien Skin Xenofex2 – Constellation
Settings- a few small stars and OK
Go to the second layer
Effects Alien Skin Xenofex2 – Constellation
Click on this button 
 Go to the top layer
Effects Alien Skin Xenofex2 – Constellation
Click on this button
 

Select none
15.
Copy the lowest layer-Open Animation shop
And paste as new animation

Back to PSP-copy the second layer
Back to Animation Shop and paste after active frame

Back to PSP-copy the top layer
Back to Animation Shop and paste after active frame
Select all frames – click right mouse button and put your frame properties on 16
Save file and your animation is done
