Open your font and minimize

Open a transparent image 650x475
Foreground color # fefdef
Background # d4ddf6
Gradient
Flood fill your layer

New Raster layer
Selection load from disk gerryles44a
Flood fill selection with gradient Linear
Blue-purplelesgerry
Layer opacity 48
Select none
Drop shadow # 808080

New Raster layer
Load selection from disk gerryles44b
Flood fill layer with # fefdef
Effects - Harry Power Grads - Star gradient
Effects – Texture effects – Polished stone
Opacity this layer Overlay 20
Select none
Layer – Duplicate – Mirror
Lock your lowest layer, merge visible layers
Unlock layer
Opacity merged layer 55

Load selection from disk gerryles44e
Copy Kara T1475 and paste into selection
Select none, place tube a bit above the edge
Layer opacity 80
Copy Kat tube and paste as new layer
Pull it a bit down (watch the peacock)
Merge visible layers

press delete
Flood fill selection with this gradient
Select none
New Raster layer
Flood fill with foreground color White
Arrange down
Merge all layers

Copy your bg.jpg and paste into selection
Select none
 Adjust-Blur- Gaussian Blur 20
Effects- Bordermania – 3d BW Sunken #1
Border width 100

Select text tool
Write your text
Make the text a bit larger
Drop shadow 808080
Add watermark
Merge all layers

Select freehand selection tool  with  this settings
Zoom 200%
Draw some selection borders around the wings
Duplicate this layer twice
Effects-Alien Skin Xenofex 2- Constellation
Go to the second layer
Use filter again
Just click this button
Go to the top layer, click again on Random Seed
Select none

9.
Go to the lowest layer-Copy
Open animation Shop an d paste as new animation
Back to PSP - Copy the middle layer
Paste in Animation Shop after active frame
Do this also with the top layer.
Save it as a gif.

And your tag is done!
 It became as a sweet lesson
