Open new image 650 x 500
Select all
Copy your lee-text052 in your selection
degrease this layer to 42
Select none

New Raster layer
select all
Copy your sands01 in your selection
Layer Opacity
Select none
Effect-Fm tile tools blend emboss
Repeat

3.
Open your nature image, copy and paste as new layer
Layer Opacity 40

4.
Open your tree tube, copy and paste as new layer
Move it to the right on top so you can’t see the stairs no more
Layer palette – darker
Effect-Fm tile tools blend emboss
Repeat

5.
Open your tube vanishingseries_elephants
Copy and past as new layer
Take notice that the border nice merges to the bottom
Like this

At the bottom the water isn’t pretty but it will be okè :-)

6.
Open your other elephants tube

Copy and paste as new layer
Image-resize 80%, not all layers
Repeat
Place this tube to the left
Drop shadow


7.
Go to the layer with the tree
use Selection tool free hand

Make a small selection on the ass of the right elephant, like this

and press on the delete button
(I thought it would be nicer)
Merge all layers

8.
Image- add border – 2 pixel color #9e8550
25 pixel color # 5f6e71
Select border with your magic wand tool
Outer bevel

Effects-image effects- shifting

add border – 2 pixel color #5f6e71
Image-resize 80%,  all layers
Add your watermark
9.
If you want to let the water move
Zoom a bit on your image 
Use your free selection tool  
and select the area where you want the water to move

Duplicate this layer twice
Go to the first layer
Effects - Flaming pear - Flood
color:  # 334d5d

Got to the middle layer
Use the same filter but set the perspective at 50
Got to the third layer
Use the same filter but set the perspective at 42
Select none
Go to first layer- copy – Open Animation shop and paste it
Go to the second layer in PSP – copy
Open Animation shop
and paste it after active frame

Do this also with the third layer in PSP
Click right on the frame in Animation shop
Property of frame on 25
Click on your
And your tag is done
