This tutorial is written in PSP X3

Preset
Alien skin Backlight en Shadow		 Double click on the preset and it will be installed in the correct folder
Preset Put it in the Presets folder
Tube and picture Put it in the folder of choice
Picture tube Corel 10_019 Only needed when it`s not in PSP
Selection Put it in the selection folder
Gradient corel-06_007 Put it in the Gradients folder,
Only needed when it`s not in PSP

Foreground: Gradient corel-06_007

1.
 Open a new image 830 - 530
Floodfill with your gradient

Duplicate this layer
 Effects – Plug-ins- AP 01 Lines - Silverlining
Pay attention : Dotty Grid



 The colors are the RBG value of the dark color.
if working with different colors, you can adjust it at your own color.
You can find the value at the color palet – see screenshot below

Layer opacity 50
Layers-merge down

 New raster layer
Floodfill with the same gradient as in point 1
 Effects –Plug ins-  Phototools - Gradient Sky


 Change the top slides when working with different colors.
 Image - resize, 85 % all layers NOT checked.
 Toolbar – find tool Mesh warp


Click Presets ....Gerry-les Melissa



 Pull the knot at First Block on the left a bit up and to the left Trek
pull it to the corner but stay in the pink area


 Repeat to each corner and finally you must have this



 Click on the adjust button
 press A on your keyboard

We are still on the same layer
Selections – select all – selection float – selection defloat
Selection - modify - feather 15
Selection - invert
Hit 3 times the delete button
Selection – select none

 Effects – Plug ins -VM Natural - Sparkle

 New raster layer
Toolbar – Picture tube


 Find flower11 , or an other nice fower


 I also used flower 13 , the white one
change size  25 / 20

Put it on upper right corner of layer 2

layer opacity 60
Layers – mege- merge down

New raster layer
Flood fill this layer with gradient as used in point 1

Image resize - 60% - all layers NOT checked
Effects – image effects – seamless tiling
 



Duplicate this layer – and hit button
Mirror - flip    

Layers – merge- merge down

 Effects – plug ins - Phototools - Gradient Sky


Duplicate this layer
Image resize - 50% - all layers NOT checked

 Selection – select all
Selection float- selection defloat
Effects – plug ins - Alien Skin - Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Backlight
Find preset Gerry - les Melissa - backlight
tab Basic : here you can adjust the color – pick a dark color
Keep selected
 
8.

 New raster layer
Open image Pink-flower  - copy
Paste in to selection

Effects – plug ins  - Red  Paw Media - RPM Beautifier

Play with the slides using a different image
 Keep selected
 
9.

 New raster layer
Effects - 3DEffects – Cut out
choose a color from the image with these settings – I took pink

Select none
Layers- merge – merge down

Edit- Copy

New raster layer
Load selection from disk Gerry - les Melissa 1
Paste to selection  (it still in memory)
Adjust – blur - - gaussian blur 15
Select none

Layers - arrange – move down
Layers-blendmode - burn
Layer opacity 85
layers- merge- merge visible layers

 Layers-  duplicate
Image-resize - 90% - all layers NOT checked
Lock this layer – highlight lower layer

 Effects - distortion effects -Twirl   360 degrees
Effects - distortion effects - pixelate

Effects – image effects – seamless tiling - default

Go back to lower layer – Adjust – blur- gaussian blur 25

Highlight second layer
Effects – edge effects – enhance more
Layer opacity  30
layers – merge – merge down

New raster layer
Flood fill with White , layer opacity 50
NOTE!  It’s up to your colors how high the opacity is !
layers – merge – merge down

Highlight top layer- unlock the layer
Give it a dropshadow, and repeat with -1 -1   100 5

Foreground color: #ff0091
Background: #e5e13e

Open HERE font Philly Sans
Typ the word Melissa
Move it to the bottom of your image

Give it a dropshadow
Layer opacity 45

Open HERE font Inspiration
change Foreground  in Gradient as in point 1
Background: pink color # ff0091


Type again the word Melissa
click on the small cross in your layer palet


Click  with your right Mouse button in the layer where you see the word
choose text convert into curves  as shapes


Click now on this cross


You will have each font seperatly under the word  Melissa
The Capitel M has now knots so you can turn it

Turn is a bit to the left,...when you’re done click on the e
the layer will not highlight in  blue but the e will be thicker than normal


repeat by each font and place it in a curve like in the screenshot below


When you’re done – convert to Raster layer
Give it a drop shadow as in point 16 (it is still there )

Move the text over the other text as in the example above

 Copy tube Gerry - Lady 376
and paste as new layer on your image
Image resize - 80% - all lasyer NOT checked - mirror

Move the tube al the way to the left
 Effects- plug ins - Alien Skin - Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Shadow
Preset Gerry - les Melissa - shadow

 Image -Add borders

And we’re done...don’t forget your Watermark.
