Materials

Preparation:
Open the 3 flower tubes in PSP
Remove the watermark layer and go to
File-Export-Tubes
Give it a name
Open your color palette
Open tube Gerry Lady 32 in PSP
Put your Preset: gerrylesbloemekes.f1s in a folder of your choice
The line style gerry in your folder custom line style of Corel_13
Import the brush gerrylesbloemen in PSP

1.
Open a image 600x600 White
Go to View- Rulers and select.
Choose your selection tool circle
Go in the middle 300x300
and draw a circle till 50
(when you look at measures and you pull, you’ll see a black line)
New Raster layer, flood fill with color 3
Hold selection

2.
Selection-modify-contract 30
New Raster layer, flood fill with color 2.
Effects-Ulead Particle-Cloud
Select Load and choose Fog 3
  and click OK

Effects-Filter Unlimited-Sandflower’s-starmaker

Selection modify-Select selection borders

New Raster layer
Flood fill your selection with White
Drop shadow

Repeat -4/-4
Layer opacity- dissolve
Drop shadow 1-1-100-1 black
Select none
Merge visible layers

3.
New Raster layer
Select your Tube tool and add on different layers some flowers

Add borders 2 pixels color 3.
Resize 90% all layers
Image-Edit- Copy ( or Ctrl c )

4.
Open a new image 675 x 650….White
New Raster layer
Foreground color 1
Select paintbrush gerry les
Brush it with this setup in the left corner below

Duplicate layer
Image mirror-image flip
Paste as new layer ( Ctrl L)

Drop shadow  Color 3
Merge visible layers

5.
New Raster layer
Foreground color 4
Select your Pen tool  :   line style gerry

Go to the line left on top,     click in the left corner and then click in the right corner
Then click Add  (see example) 
And do this also with the line on the right LOL
When you zoom a bit on your image you’ll see if it’s straight on the line
Otherwise you can replace it with your mover tool

6.
New Raster layer
Select your Tube tool and add left on top a pink flower
New Raster layer
Add with your tube tool, 2 flowers on the right bottom just like this

Add new layers when you do so, so you can move them where you like
I didn’t gave them a drop shadow, but you’re free to do so.

7.
Copy tube gerry lady 32 and paste as new layer
Move it nicely to the bottom
Drop shadow

8.
Add borders
2 pixels color 3
1 pixel White
1 pixel color 3
Image resize 80% all layers
Add your water mark and save your work as Jpg.

9.
Convert Image to Raster layer
Duplicate your image twice, now you have 3  layers
Use your magnifier 
Free hand selection
Make a selection around the star

You don’t have to be precise, but stay in the White area

10.
Go to the lowest layer
Effects-Alien Skin-Snap Art- Pointillism
Click settings- Manage
And select gerrylesbloemkes.f1s , click OK
Go to the middle layer,
Use the same filter, choose preset and click on and OK
Go to the top layer click again on Random
select none
11.
Go to the lowest layer-Edit-Copy
And paste as new image in Animation shop

Back to PSP, select the middle layer-Copy
And paste after animation in Animation shop

Back to PSP, select the top layer-copy
and paste after animation in Animation shop

12.
Now your 3 layers are in Animation shop  
See as if it’s all right  and save it as gif
And this lesson is done.
