Flood fill with your back ground color: # 8e7742
(Click with the right mouse button)

Copy tube mds560 clouds and paste as new layer
Effects – Image effects -  offset

 Colorize with 30 - 80
 
3.
New raster layer
 Flood fill with your gradient
Layers – Load mask from disk: Gerrymask
Merge-merge group
Effects – edge effects – enhance more
Drop shadow

Load selection from alpha channel - Gerry_By Night 1
Selection  - promote selection to layer
Select none
Image – free rotate  - 90 to the right checked
Move it to the upper left corner

layers- duplicate- mirror -flip =

New raster layer
Select your brush Gerry City by Night and brush it in the middle
Move it to the upper left corner
Layers- duplicate – mirror-merge down

Copy  image by night and paste in to selection
Hold selection

Select none

Click on the M of your keyboard  ( = move)
Click on the small arrow of your keyboard about 12 times till it’s on the edge

 Layer opacity 40 - blendmode Dodge

Open your font  here
Write  City by Night with font Xephyr
Move it in nicely in the block  - dropshadow

Layers- merge- merge visible layers
New  raster layer
Flood fill with Black
Effects - Mock - Windo

 Layer opacity 10
Blend mode- dodge
Edge effects – enhance more

Copy tube Gerry  Lady 155 and paste as new layer
 Resize her with 85%  - image mirror
Drop shadow

 Put her in a nice place
Layers- merge – merge all layers  (flatten)

Effects - AA A Frames _ Fotoframe


 Add watermark and you’re done.
