Materials

Put you gradients in your gradient folder
The brush in a different folder
Selections in your selection folder
Open your Letter type and minimize

1.
Open a new image 450 x 425
Your foreground on gradient Blue purple

Flood fill your image

2.
New Raster layer
Select Gradient invert
Flood  fill your second layer

3.
Load mask from disk

Group Merge
Pull this layer a bit below with your mover tool
Drop shadow

Effects-Penta Com-Dot Cross
67-9-0
Delete layer 1

4.
New Raster layer
Draw a selection above with your selection tool
Point 0-0 just about 150-450
You will see this at the blue line below
Flood fill your selection with your gradient

Select none

5.
New Raster layer
Load selection from disk-gerryles30
Copy mc-1584 (water-lily) and paste in  to selection
Select none
Layer arrange –behind

6.
Lock the other layers
Move your water-lily a bit to the left, select your eraser tool
Opacity layer 100
Erase the right leaf

7.
Unlock all layers-new raster layer
flood fill this layer # e5e6d7
Layer arrange –behind

8.
When you take a good look, you will see you have still a less nice border
on the leafs above the water-lily. We will remove them
Go to the lily layer-Load selection from disk-gerryles30
And press the delete button. Select none
Merge the white layer and the water-lily layer down
Now we have this

Opacity the bottom layer  55
New Raster layer-flood fill #e5e6d7
Layer arrange behind

9.
Go to the top layer-duplicate
Go to the original layer
Effects-Screenworks-Light Gauze
Go to the copy layer and pull this layer
with your mover tool a bit up.
Effects-Penta Com-Dot cross
Lock you 2 lowest layers
Merge visible layers
Drop shadow on this merged layer

Drop shadow  2-2-100-2 black
Lock this layer and merge visible layers

10.
Copy your frame tube and paste as new layer
Resize 80%
Do this 3 times
Select the border of the frame with your magic wand
Flood fill this with your gradient

Effects-Graphic Plus-Cross shadow
Select none
Select with your magic wand the middle of your frame
Selection-modify- Expand 1 pixel
Copy the raindrops in to your selection
Select none
Drop shadow 2-2-100-2 black

11.
Go to the water-lily layer
New Raster layer
Gradient gerryles30
Brush exotica letter on the white area
Layer opacity a bit lower
I’ve changed it to 61

12.
Merge all layers
Add border: use a totally differed color

Select border with your magic wand
flood fill with your gradient

Effects-Screenworks-Light Gauze
Invert selection – drop shadow 2-2-100-2 black
Repeat -2/-2

13.
Lock your foreground color, background color #612b7e

Write the words “I want to say it with flowers”
Expand your text a bit with your deformation tool
Drop shadow 1-1-100-1 black
Place the text at the left bottom see example

14.
Change background color in to White, lock foreground color

Write the words “I love you”

Move the text a bit up and to the right, see example above
Drop shadow 2-2-100-2 black
Opacity this layer 35

15.
Add borders- 2 pixels #612b7e
1 pixel white
3 pixels #612b7e
Add your watermark and you’re done
