Select none

Duplicate this layer

Find your preset Gerrylesjanvangent
Layer Opacity 50

New Raster layer
Floodfill with your foreground color 5e5567
Effects-Rayflect-Four Seasons
Click the button where the hands are

Choose your selection tool Circle-Feather 10
Make a selection around the sun

Selection-make layer of selection
Remove layer 3 in your layer palette select none
Replace your sun in the left upper corner
Duplicate-Merge down

Flood fill selection with your foreground color 5e5567
Select none

Click on the hand again
Choose now these hands and click OK
NOW PLEASE PAY ATTENTION

Copy tube Gerry Dieren 19 and paste as new layer
Resize it a several times with 80% not all layers
Drop shadow
Put it in position with you mover tool
And your tag is done
