Preparation:

Open the tubes and image in PSP

Our foregound color is:# faf2ea
and the background color: # ae1108 

1.
Open a transparent image size 775x525
Flood fill with your background color with:# ae1108
Copy your image Merry Christmas by love
and paste as new layer
Blendmode on overlay

2.
New Raster layer
Flood fill with your foreground color  #faf2ea

Layers – New mask layer from image

Merge- Group merge
Layers duplicate
Effects - Lotis filter - Mosaic Toolkit

Layer opacity 60

Highlight raster 2 and pull the image to the right so that the balls are on the edge

Highlight the top layer

New Raster layer
Load selection from disk   gerry-love 1
Flood fill selection with background color # ae1108
effects : penta com - color dot

Select none
Layer opacity 50

Layers duplicate
Effects – image effects - offset

effects - 3D effects - chisel

Edit - repeat perspective shadow

Load selection from disk schijf Gerry Love2
Copy image of the roses and paste as NEW layer!!
Move the rose with mover tool into your selection
Let your tool go and you be able to see where you put it!
I did it this way

Selection invert and press delete
Select none

Paste as NEW layer!!the roses are still in your memory!
Move the rose with your mover tool into your selection

Merge- Merge down

If you use different images look for yourself which is nice.
change the Blendmode if you like

Highlight top layer
Your colors are still

Choose tab Color and find your foreground color

Find Preset Gerry love

Select Text file and paste it as new layer, put it in a nice place
Give it a dropshadow

Image-add borders

50 pixels background color: #ae1108
select the border with your magic wand
Selecton - promote selection to layer

Selection invert

and paste as new layer.
Image mirror and place her to the left
