Flood fill your layer
Effects-Xenofex 1.1-Stamper width  9
Effects-border effects-enhance more

Select the dark part ( middle)
New Raster layer
Flood fill with gradient

Selection save in alpha channel
Select none
Effects- deformation effects-Pixelate  5
Border effects- enhance more

New Raster layer
Load selection from disk-gerrylesframe1
Flood fill selection with foreground color d9ec9b
Effects Xenofex 1.1 – Stamper width 9
Select none

Effects-deformation effects-Twirl 500

Load selection from alpha channel
Press delete- select none
Layer opacity 75

4.
Repeat point 3 what stands between the stars (*)
Edit- Copy – paste as new image
Minimize it for later use
Delete this layer on your first image
Select none
Merge visible layers

Copy your KAT-frame and paste as new layer
Resize 80% not all layers
Repeat
Drop shadow 1-1-100-1 # 808080
Click in the middle of the oval
Selection expand 2
New Raster layer
Gradient Radial

Flood fill your selection
Blur-Gaussian blur 20
Maintain selection

New Raster layer
Copy mc2466 tube and paste in to your selection
Select none

7.
New Raster layer
Foreground color # d9ec9b
Brush your @M&MFloral-012 on the left bottom of your image

Drop shadow color White

Repeat with

Layer opacity 50
Resize 80% not all layers
Merge visible layers

Select all
Section modify – Select selection borders

Blur – Gaussian blur 20
3d Effects- outer bevel-preset bead

Select none
Merge all layers

9.
Add border 1 pixel background color # a59827
30 pixels Foreground color # d9ec9b
Select this border with your magic wand
Flood fill with this gradient

10.
Copy your image witch you made in point 4
Paste in to selection
Border effects- enhance more
3d Effects- Inner bevel

Select none

11.
Copy CJGold-corner and paste as new layer
Resize 80% not all layers
Repeat
Move it to the upper left-watch the lines
Drop shadow # 808080

12.
Add border 2 pixels background color
And your tag is done
Don’t forget to add your water mark
