Foreground color #fcf9f7
Background  color #f1e8de
Gradient Radial

Flood fill your layer
Adjust-blur-radial blur

New Raster layer
Load selection from disk-gerryles40b
Flood fill with White
Select none
Drop shadow color # bf5259

3.
New Raster layer
Load selection from disk-gerryles40a
Copy your 994.jpg and paste in to selection
Select none
Drop shadow, color # 9193ca

Image mirror
Move this layer a bit to the right with your mover tool
So that the flowers are almost stand against the border

Duplicate layer
Go to the original layer
Effects-Art Media Effects-Brushstroke color # 9c6fc1

Go to the top layer – opacity Overlay
Merge down
Again merge down ( including the white layer)

4.
Copy the tube Orchid from Kat and paste as new layer
Resize 80% not all layers
Move the Orchid a bit to the right
Arrange-Move down
Layers-Duplicate
Go to the original layer
Effects-Art Media Effects-Brushstroke color # 9c6fc1

Go to the top layer
Merge down
This is what your layer palette look like

Go to the top layer
Copy the Giada tube (woman) and paste as new layer
Image mirror
Move her to the left to the edge
Select your   freehand selection
Select around all the green by the door.
Adjust- Hue and Saturation- colorize- 8-143
Drop shadow

Go to the lowest layer
New Raster layer
Foreground # dcb4dc
Select your brush tool / brush- mallu fumaca
Brush on the upper right of your image
Effects-Texture effects-Mosaic Glass- standard value
Layer Opacity 70
Merge all layers

Add border 2 pixels # dcb4dc
25 pixels # fcf9f7
Select all-Modify-Contract 25
Drop shadow 2-2-100-2 black
Repeat -2/-2
Selection Expend 2
Drop shadow color # 9193ca

Repeat with -6 -6
8.
Add border 1 pixel # 9193ca
2 pixels # 1e8de
1 pixel # 9193ca
Copy bloemenles40gerry and paste as new layer
Place it to the left below.
Add your watermark

And your tag is done!
