Image invert to the right
New Raster layer
Foreground color #b52231
Select Brush Gerry I love you
And brush it in your image, about this, leave a bit space at the left

Image rotate to the left

Select tube Accents Deco 018
Control+ L or click on this ( colorize)

Resize image 80% all layers not checked
Repeat this 3x ( Control +Y 3x)

Edit-Copy
Close your tube, leave it in original state!
Back to your work-paste as new layer
Image free rotate-45-to the right checked
Image effects-offset
Preset Gerry les zaza3
Merge all layers (flatten)

15.
Copy tube GerryLady131 or a tube of your own
Paste as new layer
Image mirror, move it a bit to the right
Make sure that you can still see a bit of the flowers,
right and the left
Drop shadow

16.
Go to the bottom layer
Now it’s up to you, witch colors you want to give your image
Effects - Flaming Pear - Kyoto Color
My settings were: Glue on overlay
and I’ve fooled around with all the slides

You can also stand on overlay and click several times on the dice
till you find the right colors

17.
Add borders 4 pixels background color #b52231
(or a color from your image)

Effects-AAA Frames-Foto frame

IMy colors were red-black, if you use different
colors you can change it in colors that match your image
Or use the slide colors

Save it as jpeg
Add your watermark and you’re done
