Import the brush in PSP

Flood fill  #fc9e9f
New Raster layer
Select all
Copy your 15.jpg
Paste in selection
Select none
Opacity layer 55
Adjust-blur-Radial blur

Effects-border effects-enhance more
Effects-deformation effects-pixelate
50-15 not symmetric
Border effects- enhance more
Visible layers merge

2.
New grid-flood fill white
Resize 80% not all layers
Select all- selection floating-defloat
Drop shadow

Repeat with -10/-10
New Raster layer
Fore ground with your texture, flood fill layer

Opacity 20-select none

3.
New Raster layer
Load from disk- selection gerryles27
Flood fill selection with color #fc9e9f
Selection contract 2 – press delete button
New Raster layer – flood fill again #fc9e9f
Opacity this layer 22
Effects – blinds 2 – 100  select all -black
Copy your clown tube and paste it in selection
Select none-drop shadow 2/2/75/4 black
lock all layers (only the opposite 3 layers are open)
Merge visible layers
Open all layers ( you have now 4 layers )
4.
Go to top layer
Effects-Mura Meister-Copies

Go to third layer, the pink one
Select all-float-defloat
Invert
Go to top layer and press delete button
Opacity this layer 55

5.
Copy the clown and paste as new layer on your image
Mirror image
Place it to the right
Drop shadow 10/10/65/10 black

6.
Copy the bow and paste it as new Raster layer
Place it to the left at the bottom
repeat drop shadow as in 5


7.
Add border 2 pixels white
New Raster layer
Brush your Valentine brush left
Opacity 55
Add your watermark and this lesson is done
