tubes In your tube folder and open in PSP
selections In your selection folder
Gradient In Gradient folder
Preset In folder of Alien Skin – Impact – Perspective shadow
brushes In a separate folder and import in PSP




1.
Open a new image 675 x 380  with color #  d3bee8
 
2.
New Raster layer – flood fill with color # d3bee8
Filter Unlimited – Special effects 1 – square bumps


 3.
New Raster layer
Gradient Sunburst on ivy-easter7 with these settings



 Select brush gerrylesfriemelien
With these settings PAY ATTENTION rotation 45!


Brush with your gradient upper left your image

Layer duplicate
Image mirror – image flip  
Layers- Merge down
Effects_ Edge effects – enhance

 4.
New Raster layer
Load selection from disk: Gerrylesfriemelien
flood fill selection with White
Selection modify – Contract 2
Press delete button

5.
Open tube kartussia (or choose a nice one yourself)
Copy and paste in to selection
Opacity this layer 65
Select none

6.
Copy Gerry – faces 28 and paste as new layer
resize 80% Bicubic checked
all layers unchecked
effects – Image effects
Effects Alien Skin – Impact – Perspective shadow
preset


7.
New Raster layer
Foreground White
Select brush and choose  


 Brush it at the right bottom of your layer
Drop shadow

8.
Add border 1 pixel Black
Add border 25 pixels with a different color
Select the border with your Magic Wand
Foreground color White, background # d3bee8
Gradient – Sunburst


Flood fill your border

Effects – L&K Maxime


 

9.
Selection invert
Drop shadow color #d3bee8

 Select none

Add border 2 pixels color # d3bee8
Add your watermark and you’re done
