Open your
tubes
Restart PSP
1.
Open a transparent image 630x550
Put your foreground color on gradient
Gerrylespink
Background color # C1529F
Flood fill your layer with your gradient

Load selection from disk: gerrylespink1
Effects Ulead-Particle---Cloud
Select none
3.
Foreground color Black
Background White
New Raster layer
Select your preset tool Starburst 4 with
these settings
Draw a circle 0-0 till 315-275 (open
Image-Ruler)
Convert to Raster layer
Opacity layer on Overlay

New Raster layer
Load selection from disk: gerrylespink2
flood fill with Black- Select none
Effects-Ulead particle---Cloud
(You can change the color by clicking
retangle )

Open tube Gerry Misted Accents1
Copy and paste as new layer
Effects-Image effects-offset
6.
Copy tube gerry bloemen 15 (flower) and
paste as new layer
Effects-Image effects-offset
Duplicate this layer and select the original
flower layer
Effects: Art Media Effects-Brush Stroke
Go to Presets gerrylespink
Select the top (copy) layer with the flower
Effects-Image effects-offset
Merge - merge visible layers
Edit copy

Add Border 1 pixel Black
Add border
Select the white border with your magic wand

New Raster layer
Edit Paste in to selection
Blur-Gaussian Blur 10
Effects-Eye Candy 4000 Glass
Settings find gerrylespink and OK
Select none

Select all
Selection modify Modify
Selection edges select
Selection hold!

Foreground color # b1849c
Background color # 680a3e
Effects EWS Tile Maker 1.0
Put it on 71 and OK
Outer bevel
Drop shadow # 680a3e
Repeat with -4/-4
Select none
11.
Copy tube Gerry-Lady29 and paste as new
Layer
Resize 90% not all layers
Effects offset Transparent
Drop shadow
12.
Copy tube Gerry decor4 and paste as new
layer
Resize with 80% not all layers
Place it to the right corner below
and give it the same dropshadow as in 10
Add border 1 pixel Black
And your tag is done
Dont forget your watermark!
