Resize 90% not all layers
Move it to the right above
Duplicate layer- go to the bottom tulip layer and change palette dissolve
Go to the top layer
Merge-merge down

Go to the lowest layer
Effects-trondfilters-Star Pro 204-182-0
Effects- borders enhance
Merge all layers
Add border 1 pixel #32324f
Image-edit-copy

5.
Open a new image 650 x 500 color #eaead9
Edit- copy-paste as new layer
Pull this layer down like this

Copy jour MC-1567, the woman tube and paste as new layer
Mirror image
Drop shadow

Merge visible layers

6.
New Raster layer
Load selection from disk-gerryles34
Flood fill color # 9fb834
Select none
Effects-neology-Refractor 13-27
Effects-texture effects- blinds

Opacity layer 77
Drop shadow 3-3-100-3 black
Duplicate layer and lock
Go to the lowest line layer  
Rotate image 45 to the right
Move this line to your right upper corner
Duplicate image- mirror and flip
Merge down
Go to the line that’s locked-unlock
Foreground color #9fb834
Background color #32324f
Pick your text tool choose a nice letter type and type Mysterious

Deform your text a bit and place it a bit to the right on the line

Convert to raster layer
Drop shadow 1-1-100-1 zwart
Merge down
Free rotate image 90 left
Move it to the left
Arrange- replace down

7.
Copy your chain tube and paste as new layer
Move it to the right in your image
Add border 2 pixel color #32324f
Add border 3 pixel color #9fb834
Add border 2 pixel color #32324f
Add your watermark
Resize 90% all layers
And your tag is done
