Put your brush in a different folder in PSP
Your tube in the tube folder

Materials

1.
Open a white image 400 x 300

2.
Copy your Still life floral and paste as new layer
resize 80%
Repeat resize
Move the tube a bit up

3.
Foreground color # ddbfd6
Background color # 731b54

Select your text tool

Write the text you want

4.
Crop  
All the white you don’t use
Merge visible layers

5.
Add border 2 pixels # 731b54
3 pixels White
2 pixels # 731b54
Edit-copy

6.
Open a new white image 400 x 400
Edit-paste as new layer
Resize 80% not all layers
Effects Mura Meister- Copies

Move it a bit to the right
Rotate


7.
Copy floral pretty and paste as new layer
Move it to the right below
Drop shadow


8.
Go to your lowest white layer
New Raster layer
Open your brush tool bloemgerryles29 (flowers)
Brush your background with the color purple

Layer opacity 65
Add your watermark
Merge all layers

11.
Enlarge your image with your magnifier 
Selection tool-free hand  
Make a nice selection around your flowers
(Not the bowl) just the flowers
Duplicate the layer twice. Now you have 3 layers
Go to the lowest layer
Effects-AlienSkin Xenofex 2-Constellation

Go to the middle layer
The same filter- just click random seed (left below)
Go to the top layer
The same filter- just click random seed (left below)
Select none

12.
Go to the lowest layer
Edit-Copy
Open Animation Shop
Paste as new animation
Back to PSP- copy second layer
Paste in Animation shop after active frame
Repeat with your last layer
Preview animation

And your tag is done
You’ll just have to save it otherwise it’s a pity of all your work :-)
