Brush with your brush tool in the right bottom
When it’s not correctly at the edge, you can always replace it with your mover tool (M)
Layer – Duplicate
Image – Mirror – Image flip

Press LOAD at the bottom and select gerrylesvalentijnxero

Copy tube Gerry Divers 7 and paste as new layer
Don’t replace
Copy tube BR –duck
Resize 75% not all layers

Effects – Image effects – offset

Drop shadow 0-0-100-15 black

Foreground color #fffa8c (yellow)
Background color #bc110a ( red)
Open your font
Activate text tool and type Happy with this setting - Pay Attention !!! Stroke 2 – use Vector

Put it in a nice place and after that type
Valentine with this setting

Move it nicely into the heart
Drop shadow

Edit –Copy Merged
Minimize this image for later use
(or save it as psp image)

Open a new image 780 – 555
Flood fill this layer with #fffa8c (yellow)
Select all
Edit – paste in to selection ( is still in memory )
Blur – Gaussian blur 20
Effects - Andrew`s filter10 - Revolving Door

Select none

New Raster layer
Gradient Red – Yellow – Red Radial

Activate brush Gerry Valentijn with these settings
Pay Attention : size 350

Brush in the right bottom

Load selection from disk – Gerryles valentijn 4
Press delete button
New Raster layer
Flood fill  selection with Gradient Red – Yellow –Red Radial

Horizontal and Vertical 50

Effects –Xero graphics – Quasar- select LOAD button
and select Gerrylesvalentijn2, click twice in the upper left window

And OK
Layer – Overlay -opacity 55
Add border 2 pixels bc110a (red)

back to your first image that you’ve put aside

Bottom Layer opacity 70
Merge all layers
Resize 90% all layers

Copy tube Ashford – jillen as new layer
Resize 5 times 80% Bicubic, not all layers
use Controle-Y that’s faster
Replace it to the right bottom and repeat drop shadow as before

14.
Copy the balloon an resize  80% Bicubic, not all layers
Replace it to the upper left and use the same drop shadow as before
Add your watermark and you’re done
