Materials

Open a picture and resize it 365 (High) x 265
If you would use a tube add a smooth background
Add border 1 pixel dark color
2 pixels light color
1 pixel dark color
Or use my picture from the zip
Put this a side
Import your brushes in PSP

Let’s get started.

1.
Use the same front color as in your picture
Choose a dark color from your tube as Background color
Open a transparent image 500x575
Flood fill with your background color
I use # 44343e

2.
New Raster layer
Load selection from disk-gerrylesloving you1
Flood fill selection with foreground color
Mine is #ffeee4
Effects-texture effects- Tiles

Selection-Modify-Contract 8
Press Delete
Flood fill selection again with foreground color
Effects-Screenworks-Pixelshade
Drop shadow 2-2-80-5 black
Repeat -2/-2
Selection-Modify-Contract 15
Press Delete
Flood fill selection again with foreground color
Selection-Modify-Contract 2
Press Delete
Flood fill selection with background color
Hold selection for a while

3.
Effects - Ulead effect – Particle
Click load when you see this screen
Choose Star 2

Press Ok
You will see this screen again

Select random till you think it’s all right
Press OK
Select none

4.
Open and copy your Kara Lace 22 tube and paste as new layer
Resize 90% not all layers
Place this tube on top of your image
Arrange-merge down
Drop shadow

5.
Copy the picture you have chosen
and paste as new layer
Image-Duplicate
Go to the original layer
Effects-Mosaic Antique

Go to the top layer
Resize 90% Not all layers
Merge- merge down
Image free rotate

Drop shadow as in 4
Pull this picture a bit down
Arrange -move down

Go to the lowest layer
New Raster layer
Load form disk-gerrylesloving you2
Flood fill this with your foreground color
Effects-DSB Flux-Linear transmission

Select none- opacity 36
Select none –drop shadow as in 4
Duplicate layer
Effects-DSB Flux-Linear transmission

Opacity this layer on overlay

7.
This is what you should have

Go to your second layer
Copy tube Gerry décor 7
paste it as new layer
Put it in the middle on the lines

8.
Go to the lowest layer
New Raster layer
Use your airbrush !flowers3
With PSP XI it’s easy to place it on text

Here you can change it  
Brush with this setup and use your foreground color
Drop shadow as in 4

9.
Go to top layer
New raster layer
Brush lagi_confusion with your foreground color
Above in the brown area
Drop shadow as in 4

10.
Image-add border 1 pixel foreground color
15 pixels dark color
Select with your magic wand
Effects- eye candy3.1-fur

Gaussian blur 5
Effects-Texture- blinds with light color

11.
Selection invert
Drop shadow

Repeat -6/-6
Select none
Add border 1 pixel light color
1 pixel dark color
Image-resize 90 all layers
Add your watermark
And your tag is done
